Commitment & Renewal

Your membership begins with a 12-month contract, which provides access to exclusive pricing and benefits.

After 12 months, your membership automatically continues on a month-to-month basis, with the same perks and flexibility.
Service Upgrades & Add-Ons
Members may choose to substitute their included monthly service (K-Custom Facial Massage) with any other service offered at the spa.
If the selected service exceeds the value of the included membership service, members will be charged the difference in price.
Early Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your 12-month membership before the term ends.

In such cases, you will be charged the difference between the full service price and member-discounted rates for any services or product discounts already used.

This ensures fairness, as all member benefits are granted in exchange for a full-year commitment.

Exception: A valid doctor’s note confirming a medical condition that prevents you from receiving services will waive this fee.
Ongoing Cancellation (After 12 Months)

After the initial 12-month term, you may cancel with 30 days' written notice.

You may continue using your membership benefits until 30 days after your final billing date.

Any unused benefits will expire after this period.
Membership Transfer Policy

Memberships are non-transferable by default, but we offer limited flexibility:

You may transfer one facial session to another person up to 2 times per calendar year.
-
Transfers require prior approval and must be arranged before the appointment.

Transferred sessions do not count toward the friend’s rollover balance or future discounts.

Refund Policy
-
All membership payments are non-refundable.
-
Rollover sessions are available while your membership is active, but are not redeemable for cash or transferable.

Upon cancellation, any unused rollover sessions must be used within 30 days of your final billing date.
Membership Credit Policy
The $120 monthly membership fee is non-cash and cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or partially credited if a service of lesser value is selected. If a service exceeds $120, members may simply pay the price difference. Unused monthly credits may roll over to the following month; however, rolled-over credits cannot be combined for a single higher-priced service. For example, two months’ credits ($240) cannot be applied toward one $240 service—they must be redeemed separately.
Gratuity Policy
Gratuity is not included in the membership fee. Tips are always appreciated and can be given at your discretion at the time of service.
We accept gratuity via cash, card, or popular payment apps.
Non-Member Deposit Policy
$30 Deposit Required for Non-Member Clients

A $30 to $100 deposit is required to confirm appointments for all non-member clients

The deposit is applied to your service total on the day of your visit
Deposit is Non-Refundable If:

You cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, or

Do not show up

15+ minutes late
Deposit is Refundable/Transferable If:

You cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance

The deposit can be refunded or applied to a future booking
Booking & Payment:

Appointments are made via text or phone call
-
Deposits can be paid through Venmo, Zelle, or a secure card link

Your reservation is confirmed once the deposit is received
Late Arrival, No-Show & Cancellation Policy
Late Arrival

If you are 10+ minutes late, your session may be shortened

If you are 15+ minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled and marked as a No-Show

In both cases, the full fee or 1 membership session will still apply
No-Show

Failure to arrive without notice is considered a No-Show

Results in a full charge or 1 membership session deduction

Repeated No-Shows may require pre-payment for future bookings
Cancellation & Reschedule

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance

Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice:

Will incur a $30 late cancellation fee, or

Health & Treatment Disclaimer
Your safety and satisfaction are paramount at Miel K-Beauty Spa. Before any treatment, please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or medications you are taking. Certain conditions — such as pregnancy, active infections, severe skin conditions, or recent cosmetic procedures — may affect your eligibility for specific treatments. We reserve the right to refuse or modify services for your safety. All treatments are performed based on your honest disclosure and informed consent. Please consult your healthcare provider if you have any concerns before booking.
Skincare Product Return & Exchange Policy
We take pride in the quality of our skincare products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. To ensure safety and hygiene:

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
Product Distribution Restriction Notice
The skincare products sold at Miel K-Beauty Spa are professionally imported medical-grade products, exclusively authorized for use in clinics and medical institutions in Korea.
Accordingly, the sale and resale of these products through online platforms or unauthorized channels is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized distribution may compromise product quality assurance, limit access to after-sales support, and may result in legal actions.
To ensure you receive genuine products with full quality and service support, please purchase only through our official sales channels.
